Q: When is the event?

A: The 2024 event will take place on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 at 6:00pm each night. Both nights will be the same performance and dinner.

Q: Who is producing this event?

A: This event is the combined efforts of three local churches: Pleasant Hills, Good Shepherd, and Ridgewood United Methodist Churches. The script, outline, and even some of the music was written, edited and performed by musicians and artists from the churches.

Q: Which church is hosting the event?

A: This event will take place at the Pleasant Hills United Methodist Church location, 13200 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Q: How much does a ticket cost?

A: Tickets cost $30 and include a Baked Cod and Pierogi dinner. An additional three pierogi can be added to either meal for $5.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets will go on sale around Christmas time. If you want to be added to the waiting list, you can contact us through this website.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, when ordering your tickets you can select credit as the form of payment. An additional fee will apply.

Q: Does everyone need a ticket?

A: All attendees over the age of five will need a ticket. There is not an option to watch the performance without a dinner ticket.

Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

A: Yes, all tickets are pre-sale only. No tickets are expected to be available at the door.

Q: Where do the ticket proceeds go to?

A: After covering the costs of the event, all profit will be donated to the local food pantries our churches support.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A: We will do everything we can to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free options are all available. Please let us know when purchasing your ticket.

Q: What time should I show up?

A: Doors open at 5:30pm and the program will start at 6:00pm. If you show up after 6:00pm we may ask you to wait until a break in the performance before being seated.

Q: Will my party get it’s own table?

A: Parties of 5 to 9 persons will be seated together and at their own table. Parties over 9 will be split into multiple tables. Parties of 4 or less will likely be seated along with another party at the same table.

Q: Will childcare be available?

A: Yes, free professionally staffed childcare is available for children five and under. A chicken dinner will be provided. A reservation is still needed for each child when purchasing your ticket.

Q: Can my child sit with me at my table?

A: Yes. Children five and under may sit at your table at no charge. Children over the age of five will require the same dinner ticket as adults.
